The facade is the part of a commercial building everybody sees and the part the weather hits hardest. Most facade problems start the same way a roof leak does, at the joints, the openings and the transitions between materials, and they show up inside long after they started outside.

We work on the same materials on a commercial wall that we work on at home: siding and panel systems, stucco, and brick and block masonry. On a commercial job the difference is the scale, the access and the schedule. We plan the lifts and the staging so the building can stay open, and we keep the work area safe for the people walking past it.

Before we price anything we look at what is behind the surface. A wall that looks tired can be sound underneath and only need repair and refinishing. A wall with water behind it needs that fixed first, or new cladding just hides the problem for a few years.
