Stucco on a commercial building has the same job as on a house: shed the weather and let any water that gets behind it drain back out. When the weather barrier or the weeps at the bottom of the wall are missing or blocked, water stays in the wall and the sheathing and framing behind it go. That is where most commercial stucco failures start.

We install traditional three coat stucco and synthetic systems, repair and patch existing walls, and color match to what is already there. Long runs of wall need control joints in the right places so the stucco can move without cracking, and every window, storefront and penetration needs flashing detailed properly.

Cracks are the other thing owners call about. Hairline cracking is usually cosmetic. Cracks that run straight off the corner of an opening, or that open wide, mean something is moving or wet, and we find out which before we patch anything.
